Contact Poki

Emailing [email protected] puts you in contact with the Poki team. This mailbox is our sole contact channel, and a reply normally arrives within roughly one week.

Send us a message if:

• A game fails to start or freezes partway through. Mention the game's title, the device you play on, and what appears when you launch it. A brief note about what's on the screen is useful.
• You'd like to recommend a game. Give us its title and category, for example a fire and water game, a car game or a music game. Explain why players in Peru would enjoy it.
• You're a developer with a rights question. Say which game it concerns and what you'd like to find out.

Phone support isn't available, so please write by email instead. Spanish or English are both fine. Messages that include the game's title and a clear description are easier to check, which tends to bring a quicker reply.
