About the game
Mahjong Classic puts a pile of chips in front of you and asks you to take them all off the table. You pick two chips that carry the same symbol and both leave. Flowers count as partners to each other, and so do seasons. A chip only comes off when nothing rests on top of it, so the sequence you pick in changes what opens up next.
Each deal is shuffled fresh, and the arrangement is built so a finish is always possible. That means a dead end comes from a pairing you chose, not from a bad deal. Shapes like Turtle, Fort, Crab, Spider, Cat and Dragon show up, and you can go back to a shape you like as often as you want.
How to play
- Tap a free chip, then tap a chip with the same symbol to remove the pair.
- Flowers match other flowers, and seasons match other seasons.
- A chip stays put while another chip covers it.
- Undo takes back the last pair, Hint shows a pair, and Spotlight makes free chips easier to find.
