About the game
Fishing: Catch the Secret Brainrot is a browser adventure about working a fishing rod from a boat on a wide ocean. Islands dot the water, and the creatures around each one change: plain fish in some spots, brainrots and stranger things in others, with the rare ones tucked into places you have to sail to find.
A catch takes a wind-up and a burst of taps. You load the throw, wait for a bite, then tap rapidly to pull the catch aboard. Rod, bait and your reaction speed decide what lands on deck, and tougher creatures want quicker hands and better equipment. Earnings pay for new rods, better bait and faster boats that reach farther islands.
How to play
- PC: move with WASD or the arrow keys, turn the camera with the mouse, jump with Space.
- PC: 1 sends out the fishing rod, 2 opens your inventory.
- Phone: left joystick to move, right side of the screen to rotate the camera, on-screen button to jump.
- Charge the cast, then tap quickly to reel; better rods and bait help with rarer creatures.
